Here’s our 3 stages of the home remodeling process:
Stage one
DESIGN
- In-Home Consultation: A designer walks your space with you and listens. You’ll leave with fresh ideas and a clear sense of what’s possible.
- Design/Build Proposal: See your project before it exists: a detailed floor plan, 3D concepts, and cost breakdown.
- Design Revisions: Change your mind, explore, refine. We adjust until it feels exactly right.
Stage Two
Architecture & Selections
- Project Review: Your dedicated architect and development team re-check every drawing and spec, so what we design is what gets built.
- Selections: Choose cabinets, countertops, flooring, windows, doors, and lighting with our interior designers, all in one place.
- Material Purchasing: Our purchasing specialists source your materials and schedule deliveries around your build, keeping the project moving.
Stage Three
Production
- Pre-Construction Meeting: Meet your project manager to review the schedule, work hours, and how we’ll protect your home during the build.
- Construction: Your dedicated project manager coordinates every trade and keeps you updated, so you always know what’s happening and what’s next.
- Final Walkthrough: We walk the finished space with you, room by room, and complete every last detail on the punch list.
- Warranty Coverage: Once the walkthrough is done, your work is backed by our warranty, and we’ll walk you through exactly what’s covered so you can settle in knowing we stand behind every detail.
